The Venue

Why railway arches.

Victorian railway arches are the perfect host for Beef Therapy venues. They're structurally overbuilt — solid brick engineered to absorb the vibration of trains overhead. You don't need to install expensive soundproofing. You don't need to worry about paint on the walls. The industrial aesthetic is free.

The Arch Company manages thousands of these units across London. They're classified as Class E commercial leisure — lower rent per square foot than high-street retail, and landlords actively want creative tenants to replace the dying tyre-fitters.

The setup cost is low. The fit-out adds to the atmosphere. The exit is clean.

Phase 01 Directory — list every existing non-lethal shooting venue in the UK
Curate paintball, archery, axe throwing, airsoft and crossbow venues by city. Build the audience. Affiliate with booking platforms. Understand where demand is concentrated and where supply is thin.
Phase 02 Own-brand venue — first Beef Therapy arch opens where the data says
Start with water and paint guns (lowest insurance barrier). Add crossbow and archery lanes once operational. Venue design leans into the industrial arch aesthetic — raw brick, dramatic lighting, zero refinement.
Phase 03 Live hunts — autonomous targets, robotic prey
Robot vacuums modified as moving targets for live-fire sessions. Autonomous prey at varying speeds and patterns. The most theatrical non-lethal shooting experience available. Insurance: figure it out by then.
